Registration and abstract submission

THE SYSTEM: The registration for the conference is accomplished in sistema de gestão de eventos. Participants must register in this website. Once they have their login permition, they are able to search and choose for the desired conference.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: If the participant wishes to propose a short talk (30 minutes) or poster presentation, then please upload the title and abstract (one page maximum, including references if possible) in the same system above. Please send us both the LaTeX2e (no other variant) source file and the pdf file. The participant may use this template.

DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS: May 31. The Scientific Committee will decide about submissions by June 15. Please note that only 14 slots for oral contributions are available. Therefore, people whose contributed talks cannot be accepted may be asked to present a poster instead. There will be refereed proceedings of the meeting and participants whose talks or posters have been accepted are encouraged to submit contributions to the proceedings. Instructions for authors will be given at the Workshop.

REGISTRATION FEE: student 100 euros, normal 130 euros (in both cases, plus 20 euros if payed after July 1). The meeting fee covers the lunches during the four conference days. The social program is not covered.
